Spa Packages:

Every pet likes to feel beautiful and at Mesa Veterinary Care Center we offer fashionable hair cuts as individual as your pet. This package includes a pedicure, ear cleaning, bath, brush, blow dry and a cut and style. Talk to the groomer to decide which style would best suit your pet, and you.
Bath and Trim
Sometime pet's coats can get unruly. We offer a bath and trim package to help your pet stay looking its best. Included in the package is a sanitary cut, where hair around the hindquarters is shaved and trimmed, the face, feet and feathering are also trimmed. A pedicure, ear cleaning, bath, brush, and a blow dry are also included.
Bath and Brush
If your pet doesn't need a hair cut but could use some freshening up, this package is for them! It includes a pedicure, ear cleaning, bath, brush, and a blow dry.
Other Services:
Bubble Bath and Massage
To relax and refresh your pet, we offer a delightful bubble bath and mini massage. Any bath can be upgraded to a bubble bath for only a few dollars extra.
Doggie Massage
Everyone gets a little tense sometimes! This service is great for older pets with arthritis and pets with excessive energy. We massage from the shoulders to the haunches, and their little toes as well. You can request this before a bath or just when you think your pet deserves to be pampered.
Refreshing Bath
For those times when your pet decides to roll in the mud, we offer a bath, brush, and a blow dry.
Relief Bath
The desert is a harsh climate for an animal's skin and coat. To help your pet feel and look its best, we offer a bath using a relief shampoo that is designed to sooth and moisturize your pet's skin and coat.
Pedicure
You can schedule a pedicure for your pet on an as needed basis. Most dogs should have their nails trimmed approximately every 6-8 weeks to allow for comfortable walking and to prevent the nail from embedding into the pad. In addition to a pedicure, you can have your pet's nails filed. Filing stops nails from scratching hardwood, tile, or laminate floors. We also offer nail painting in a rage of colors including reds, pinks, blues and purples.
Ear Cleaning
To reduce the chance of ear infections, it is important to keep your pet's ears clean. Inner ear hair is plucked, if necessary, to reduce the amount of bacteria and accumulation of wax. We then clean the ear with swabs in an antibacterial solution. This is included in all packages.
Teeth Brushing
Our pets get morning breath, too! Animals are at risk for periodontal disease, which can affect their health, so it is important to keep your pet's mouth clean. We will recommend a dental exam by one of our veterinarians if your pet's teeth are showing signs of periodontal disease.
External Anal Gland Expression
The anal glands of dogs are two structures located just inside the anus. Bowel movements normally empty the anal glands as the stool moves through the anus, however, some dogs don't empty them as they should. This can lead to infection of the anal glands and formation of an abscess. External expression of the anal glands is included in all packages. If you would like an internal expression of your pet's anal glands, they will need to be done by a veterinarian or veterinary technician.
